ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to IQ Linens.com. IQ Linens.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. We advise you that you are subject to these terms when you use the IQ Linens.com site.

RETURNS OF STOCKED ITEMS

• All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt.
• All returns subject to approval.
• No returns will be processed without a return authorization number (RA#).
• 35% re-stocking fee will be charged on stock sizes.
• There are no returns on Custom Items.
• Credits are issued when return merchandise is returned and processed.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom items, used or laundered merchandise.
• Upon return, your item will be inspected and any refunds issued are based on the purchase price of merchandise. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
• Delivery or other order fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects. IQ Linens reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are manufactured to your specifications. Once manufacturing has begun, custom order changes, exchanges, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted and the items are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations must be made the same day an order is placed and are subject to production approval.
• Changes or cancellation on Rush Shipping orders are not accepted.
• Orders for custom sizes cannot be cancelled once in production.

PRICING & INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws.
• Product sizes are for cut fabric, finished items may be slightly smaller.
• IQ Linens is not responsible for dye lot variations.
• IQ Linens is not responsible for typographical errors.
• IQ Linens is not responsible for late deliveries due to freight carrier.
